SHIPPING SERVICE

All shipments will be shipped via FedEx 2Day service unless specified otherwise at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your shipment has been tendered to FedEx. Please do not email us with questions on your tracking information unless you have not received tracking information after 24 hours. Please refer to the FedEx tracking for any delays or other questions before reaching out to us.


LOST ITEMS

Astory is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Once we have tendered the shipment to the carrier, we forfeit any responsibility of the item. We have full confidence in our carrier that they will leave the package in a safe place and any stolen items are not the responsibility of the shipping carrier or Astory. If you feel that your front door is not a safe place to leave a package, please consider requesting to hold your package at the nearest pickup location.

If you feel as if your package was never delivered, please reach out to us at shopastory@gmail.com and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note, Astory will not provide any refunds if the shipping carrier does not approve the claim or locate the package per our terms of service.
